$30/hr or $75–$125 per 25 resumes
You get:
- First-pass screen of 20–50 resumes against your must-have criteria.
- Light due-diligence (work authorization noted, start date, compensation range).
- Deliverables: shortlist of top 3–5 candidates with notes + pass/hold rationale.
Interview Coordination —
$30/hr or $50–$75 per position

- Outreach to shortlisted candidates; schedule 1–2 rounds via your calendar tool.
- Calendar holds, reminders, rescheduling (1 pass included).
- Deliverables: confirmed interview schedule, candidate prep email, interviewer packet (resume + key notes).
Onboarding Support —

- Welcome email + checklist; collect IDs/tax forms; track completions.
- Coordinate IT/account access requests (Google/Microsoft, Slack, tools).
- Deliverables: completed onboarding checklist and new-hire file (digital).
